If you receive a damaged or defective item, please return the item within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable.
